Sampling of potato-roasted pepper torta, chilled crab salad with greens and marinated beef tenderloin on toasted crostini

Garlic Chicken
Stewed chicken drumlett in a sherry-tomato olive and spanish onion broth with toasted cumin saffron rice
Wine: Finca Torremilanos Montecastrillo

Baked Sea Bass
Baked sea bass in a pine nut crust with roasted pepper butter sauce and caramelized shallot white bean cake
Wine: Menos Rioja

Flan
Traditional vanilla flan with caramelized pineapples
Wine: Cristalino Extra Dry Cava
