LUNCHEON BANQUET MENU
Thank you for considering Emily’s for your upcoming luncheon event. Feel free to bring to our attention any special dietary needs or requests. Our professional staff is here to serve you and assure that your luncheon is a memorable one. Our menu is designed to accommodate parties of twenty or more people and menu selections and prices are subject to change. You are welcome to choose from our regular lunch menu if the number in your party is less than twenty. To assure a successful party, we ask that you confirm your selections, a count of each selection, and payment details 10 days prior to your party date. All items are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity. There is a $50 set up fee for parties on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This fee may be waived for parties that exceed $600 in food and alcohol. Our menu provide two vegetarian choices however, vegetarian entrées may be prepared upon request. Vegetarian requests should be made when confirming luncheon selections. Some entrées are available in children’s portions. The cost of children's entrées varies with the entrée selected. CAESAR SALAD – grilled chicken breast over Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing 10.50 EMILY’S SPINACH SALAD – grilled salmon served over a bed of spinach with sliced mushrooms, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and Ranch dressing 12.50 HOT HAM & CHEESE CROISSANT – served with potato chips 7.50 HOT ROAST BEEF– a generous portion of slow roasted beef served on a toasted Kaiser roll served with potato chips 7.50
EMILY’S CLUB SANDWICH – choice of ham, or turkey with peppercorn ranch mayonnaise or roast beef with horseradish mayonnaise, with lettuce, tomato and bacon on toasted white, toasted mulit- grain bread or wrap 7.50 SOUP & HALF SANDWICH COMBO– our daily wrap special served with a cup of soup and potato chips 7.50 ADD $.50 for seafood soup

All entrees include a tossed salad, bread & butter. Select three items from the following: MARYLAND STYLE CRAB CAKE – baked jumbo lump crab cake with sautéed vegetables, rice pilaf and tartar sauce 12.00 CHICKEN PARMESAN – sautéed boneless chicken breast topped with Provolone cheese, served with linguine pasta and marinara sauce 11.00 BEEF TIPS – filet tips served over rice 12.00 BROILED FLOUNDER – fresh fillet broiled with lemon, butter & white wine 11.00 GRILLED CIDER PORK – marinated in Woodchuck cider and topped with a bourbon cider sauce with sautéed apples 11.00 SALMON – Parmesan crumb crusted charbroiled fillet, served over a sun-dried tomato & basil butter sauce 12.00 BROILED SCALLOPS – fresh sea scallops broiled with lemon, butter & white wine 12.00 CAJUN PASTA – Andouille sausage, crayfish meat and lump crab tossed in our spicy cream sauce served over fettuccine 10.00 VEGETARIAN – an array of grilled vegetables tossed with basil pesto and garnished with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts 9.00
