In an era of chain restaurants and manufactured atmospheres, Emily’s stands apart. Located along Route 10, just 10 minutes north of Morgantown and 5 minutes south of Reading, this historic 1827 building is easily accessible from many locations, but away from the malls and shopping complexes. Our antique Victorian setting with several small dining areas and one of the most unique bars in the area draws you in and begs you to relax.
During the warmer months, Emily's opens its covered outdoor dining area which is situated along a creek with a picturesque view of the countryside. The deck is the perfect setting for private parties up to 100 people including unique wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, class reunions, birthday parties, and bridal showers.
The atmosphere at Emily’s is by no means its only asset. The food keeps pace with this wonderful setting with a menu that is sure to please any palate. The selections of beef, chicken, fish, and pastas range from simple preparations to the more complex.
Emily's also offers a Bar Menu for those with a smaller appetite. Or come on in and enjoy a draft or two from one of our eight taps which include Flying Fish, Guinness, Blanche De Bruxelles, and Spaten, as well as some local microbrews.
We invite you to browse through our web site. Acquaint yourself with our history, tempt yourself with our menus, and do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail if you have any questions or would like to discuss hosting a function.
Emily's would like to announce Crystal Barto as Head Chef - formerly from Lillie's On Main in Ephrata.
Also, please visit our other establishment, Yellow House Hotel, for fine dining with comfortable overnight accommodations.
